Adding us to the safe senders' list

To make sure you receive our email you need to add [email protected] to your safe senders' list.

If you ever find our emails in the Junk or Spam folders remember to tell your email client that this is Not Junk or Not Spam. This should move the email to the Inbox and help teach your email client not to mark those emails as junk/spam in future.

Here are instructions on how to add our email address to the safe senders' list for some of the most common email clients:

• Gmail

• Microsoft Outlook 2003

• Ipad, Iphone or Ipod Touch

AOL

1. Click Contacts in the right toolbar
2. Click Add Contact
3. Enter Music Lotto and additional information if you wish
4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish

Gmail

1. Open an email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
2. Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to reply
3. Click Add Music Lotto to contacts list to finish

Yahoo

1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to the safe senders' list
2. Click Add to contacts next to Music Lotto.
3. On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed.
4. Click Save to finish

Windows Live Hotmail

1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to the safe senders' list
2. Click Add to contacts next to the sender's name (Music Lotto) to finish

Outlook.com

1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to the safe senders' list
2. Click Add to contacts next to the sender's name (Music Lotto) to finish

Microsoft Outlook 2003

1. Open an email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
2. Right-click Click here to download images in the gray bar at the top of the message
3. Click Add Sender to Senders Safe List to finish

Outlook 2007

1. Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails)
2. Click Junk E-mail
3. Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List to finish

Outlook 2010 & 2013

1. Open an email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
2. Click on the Home menu
3. Click Junk > Never Block Sender

Apple Mail

1. Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails)
2. Click Add to Address Book

Ipad, Iphone or Ipod Touch

1. Open an email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
2. Tap the sender and add to either a new contact or an existing contact

1. Open an email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
2. Tap the picture of the sender
3. Tap OKto add to contacts
